Accused was driving under the influence of alcohol when he was stopped be a police officer who demmaned a breath test after forming the opinion that his ability to operate a motor vehicle was impaired be alcohol. During the trial an officer admitet that brown ceramic capacitors were added to the instrument to eliminat radio interference with the breathalyzer 900a.
